Applications for Study

Applications for Bachelor's and Master's programs (starting on 7 April 2026) are accepted until 1 March 2027. We also offer a flexible start option – you may begin in the second semester and align your studies with your individual schedule. Applications for doctoral programs are accepted throughout the year.


Bachelor's Degree (Bc.)

The Bachelor's program provides fundamental theoretical and methodological knowledge in the fields of public administration, management, and security economics. The program develops the ability to work with academic literature, formulate arguments, and apply analytical methods.

The study is designed as an entry-level academic cycle, creating a foundation for continuation in a Master's degree program.

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Bachelor's degree (Bc.), recognized throughout the European Union.

Master's Degree (Mgr. / Ing.)

The Master's program builds upon the theoretical knowledge acquired during Bachelor's studies and further develops professional expertise in the fields of public administration, management, and economics. The program focuses on independent work with academic sources, critical interpretation of theoretical approaches, and the formulation of methodologically grounded solutions.

The program represents an advanced level of academic education and is oriented towards professional application in practice as well as continuation in research and academic careers.

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Master's degree (Mgr. or Ing.).

agisterské studium rozvíjí teoretické poznatky získané v bakalářském studiu a prohlubuje odbornou způsobilost v oblasti veřejné správy, managementu a ekonomiky. Program je zaměřen na samostatnou práci s odbornými zdroji, kritickou interpretaci teoretických přístupů a formulaci metodologicky podložených řešení.
Studium představuje vyšší stupeň akademické přípravy a je orientováno na odborné uplatnění absolventů v praxi či pokračování ve vědecké činnosti.

Po absolvování získáte titul Mgr. nebo Ing.

Doctoral Studies and Research (Ph.D.) 

Doctoral Studies (Ph.D.)

Doctoral studies are focused on independent scientific and research activity in the fields of management, economics, and education. Throughout the program, candidates are systematically prepared to develop and carry out their own research project, engage in academic publishing, and actively participate in the professional and academic community.

The program culminates in the defense of a doctoral dissertation, representing an original scientific contribution to the development of the field.

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Ph.D. degree and become a recognized expert in your field with international credibility.

Habilitation Procedure

The habilitation procedure is a formal process verifying the academic and pedagogical qualifications of scholars with significant scientific and publication achievements. Its purpose is to confirm the candidate's ability to conduct independent scientific and teaching activities at the level of Associate Professor or Professor.

The procedure includes the evaluation of academic output, teaching experience, and the presentation of scientific work before a habilitation committee.

University of the Third Age (60+)

This program is designed for participants aged 60+ and, thanks to a special scholarship, allows study at a significantly reduced cost. It offers the opportunity to systematically expand knowledge in fields such as public administration, management, political science, and security and economic studies, while also developing personal and professional competencies and actively engaging in the academic environment.

Studies take place in a stimulating, supportive, and professionally guided environment, where participants can share their experience, acquire new skills, and develop critical thinking in relation to current societal challenges.

Completion of Studies

The program is completed with the award of a Bachelor's degree.

Preparatory Course for University Study

The preparatory course is designed for applicants who wish to systematically develop their academic skills and significantly increase their chances of successful admission to higher education programs. The program provides a solid foundation for university study, including effective study habits, work with academic sources, academic writing and argumentation, and an introduction to the chosen field.

The program concludes with a certificate confirming completion of a two-semester course and the achievement of the required competencies. The curriculum includes up to 80% of the first academic year content, providing participants with a significant advantage when entering their studies.

The course runs annually from January to September, with a flexible start available until March. Thanks to individual support, any required coursework can be completed during the semester.
