Institutional Framework

Jagiellonian Cosmopolitan College (JCC University) represents an institutional integration of Akademia Jagiellońska w Toruniu and the Cosmopolitan Institute of Education, founded by PhDr. PaedDr. Mgr. Robert Trebicki, DBA, LL.M., Dr.Ph., Dr.h.c.

The development of this structure is further supported by co-owner Dr. Rastislav Pindjak, MSc., Dr.Ph., dr.h.c., contributing to the strengthening of its international dimension, strategic management, and ongoing development.

From its inception, Jagiellonian Cosmopolitan College has been conceived as a natural institutional extension of cooperation between the academic environment and international education, based on direct ownership participation of its partners. This model establishes a stable academic environment in the Czech Republic with a direct link to a higher education institution, its structure, and academic standards.

Accreditation and Academic Authority

Studies are conducted within the framework of Akademia Jagiellońska w Toruniu, which holds accreditation rights in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Poland.

Akademia Jagiellońska is authorized to:

  • award Bachelor's and Master's degrees
  • award the scientific degree Ph.D. (since 2022)
  • confer the academic title of Associate Professor

Accredited study programs cover fields such as management, economics, public administration, education, international relations, security studies, and information systems in management.

All studies are conducted within an accredited higher education system.

History and Academic Quality

Akademia Jagiellońska w Toruniu has been operating since 2003 and is among established higher education institutions in Poland.

  • approximately 1,000 students annually
  • academic staff composed of professors, associate professors, and practitioners
  • international cooperation within the Erasmus+ program

In 2022, the institution received a quality evaluation of B+ and was granted the right to award the Ph.D. degree and the academic title of Associate Professor.

The presence of Jagiellonian Cosmopolitan College in Prague and Liberec provides organizational, academic, and advisory support for students participating in this international higher education structure.

This presence enables:
