Applications

Applications for Bachelor's and Master's programs (starting on 1 October 2025) are accepted until 1 March 2026.
We also offer a flexible start option – you can transfer your first semester to the second semester and begin your studies at a time that suits you.

Applications for Doctoral programs are accepted throughout the entire year.

Preparatory University Course

The Preparatory Course is designed for applicants who wish to systematically develop their academic skills and significantly increase their chances of successful admission to university studies. The program provides a solid foundation for academic work – from effective study habits, working with scholarly sources, and academic argumentation to introductory orientation in the chosen field.

The course ends with a certificate confirming completion of the two-semester program and achievement of the required competencies. The curriculum includes up to 80% of the first academic year, which makes the transition to university studies smoother and gives students a significant advantage.

The course runs annually from January to September, with the option of flexible enrollment until March. Thanks to individual support, required parts of the curriculum can be completed during the semester.

Bachelor's Degree Programs (Bc.)

Bachelor's studies provide fundamental theoretical and methodological knowledge in public administration, management, and security economics. The program develops the ability to work with academic literature, formulate arguments, and apply analytical methods.

The curriculum is designed as an introductory academic cycle, forming a foundation for continuing in follow-up Master's studies.

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Bachelor's degree (Bc.), recognized throughout the European Union.

Master's Degree Programs (Mgr. / Ing.)

Master's studies build on theoretical knowledge acquired in Bachelor's studies and deepen professional competencies in public administration, management, and economics. The program focuses on independent academic work, critical interpretation of theoretical concepts, and the formulation of methodologically supported solutions.

Master's studies represent a higher level of academic preparation, aimed at professional employment or continuation in research activities.

Upon completion, you will be awarded the Master's degree (Mgr. or Ing.)

Doctoral Studies (Ph.D.)

Doctoral studies are focused on independent research in the fields of management, economics, and pedagogy. Throughout the program, the candidate prepares for conducting their own research project, academic publishing, and active involvement in the scholarly community.

The program is completed with the defense of a doctoral dissertation, which represents an original scientific contribution to the development of the field.

You will earn a Ph.D. degree and become an expert in your field with international recognition.

Habilitation Procedure

The habilitation procedure verifies the academic and pedagogical qualifications of faculty members with a significant scientific and publication record. Its aim is to confirm the ability to conduct independent research and academic teaching at the level of Associate Professor or Full Professor.

The procedure includes assessment of research results, teaching experience, and the presentation of scholarly work before a habilitation committee.

University of the Third Age 60+

This program is intended for learners aged 60+, and thanks to a special scholarship, offers the opportunity to study at a significantly reduced tuition fee. It allows participants to systematically expand their knowledge in public administration, management, political science, and security economics, while developing personal and professional competencies and actively engaging in the academic environment.

Studies take place in an inspiring, friendly, and professionally guided environment, where participants can share their experience, acquire new skills, and develop critical thinking about current challenges in the public sphere.
